Q: Okay, something has come up and I need to cancel or reschedule. Can I do that?
A: Of course you can reschedule! I completely understand that things come up, but please let me know with a sufficient amount of time. Please remember that for weddings, when cancelling, you are subjected to a $95 cancellation fee and for other sessions it is $50. Whenever book a session with JMP that means that you're committed to THAT spot and preventing anyone else from having it. What if someone had contacted me for that day and time, but they couldn't have it because you had it reserved? All cancellation fees are due at least two weeks after the cancelled session.
Q: Can you travel? A: I have recently moved to north western South Carolina, so I am most working here now. BUT! I do travel to Kentucky AT LEAST once a month (possibly, once every two months), so if you're a Kentucky client, I suggest you contact me at least a month or so in advance to be sure that I can be there :) And yes, I can travel, but there will be additional fees applied to your session, wedding, etc. Those prices will be discussed when you inquire about a session.
Q: So, who is this mysterious photographer? A: Not so mysterious, but you can find all about me, your photographer,here!
Q: How do I pay? A: I accept money orders and cash. If you'd like to pay with a debit/credit card, then I'd be happy to work with you via Paypal or just through a simple invoice.
I DO NOT, under any circumstances, accept checks at this time. If you are due to make a payment, you must pay in cash or the other payment options listed above.
Q: Where do I pick up my photos and when?
A: You will be contacted either by Facebook, email or through phone whenever your photos are completed. If you purchased a package that includes prints you will have to wait on the next available print order to be sent out before you can obtain them. If you purchased the photo release disk, you can either pick it up or I can meet you somewhere in London or another close location in Kentucky (if I am available). If in South Carolina, arrangements will be discussed otherwise. If you'd rather wait until your prints have arrived, I will include the disk with those.
Where I live in London, I usually have clients go to my husband's workplace and pick them up as he works right in the middle of town. If you live out of county and aren't able to come and pick them up, I will gladly mail your photos to you, but you will be subjected to a fee of $7 (average) to cover packaging, postage and insurance costs. Depending on the weight of the package and how large it is, the fee may increase. Please keep this in mind.
Q: I would like to purchase some prints, but I don't know how.....explain please?
A: Certainly! If you remember how you chose your prints that came with your package (given that you purchased a package with prints), then you're in luck! All you have to do is write them all down, with print size and photo number. If you'd like to pay with a debit/credit card or Paypal, you can go onto the, For Clients Only tab, and at the bottom, you'll see, to order additional prints. Click on that and you'll be ready to go. It has an invoice request form at the bottom. You'll fill that out and put in the information that's needed. That will be sent to me and I will send you an invoice for you to pay for your prints that you just ordered. I will give you up to 5 days to pay for your prints and after that, your order will be cancelled.
If you'd rather pay cash or check, you can just email me the ones you'd like to order (or contact me on Facebook) and I'll add them to the next print order that I send out. You'll also have 5 days to pay for your print order as well and I will remind you.
